Change of venue this year to Light Water Country Park.

Light Water Country Park is just off the A332 Travelling South, cross the M3 and after 100 metres take a right hand turn, first left 2nd right brings you into the Park.

There is a playground on the left and a visitors centre just a bit further up on the right, there are a few Parking places here, but please can these be left for other visitors.

Parking is a concern, so PLEASE share lifts wherever possible, and do not park in neighbouring roads, or in the Leisure Centre Car Park

The Parking areas are to the right as you go up the road, there are also toilet here, if you park there, please use them.

More Parking is available to the left of the Leisure Centre, we may be forced to double Park here, hopefully only BFR, so if you are planning a quick get away, then park further down.

We can use the Toilets in the Leisure Centre, but clean shoes please, the showers are not available.

Light Water is a Wild Life area, so please respect the surroundings, if this is successful we would like to come back.

The course is unfortunately 2 laps, starting behind the leisure Centre, where we are catering outdoors thus year. The tracks are generally in good condition so no need to wear spikes, but there is no reason not too.

There are a few ups and downs, including going up Curley Hill (which if you have time afterwards does have views over Hampshire/Berkshire and London). The course will be well marshalled and but does twist and turn so please pay attention.

Hopefully we will put them off, but the area is very popular with Dog walkers so be careful, the venue is used by other XC Leagues, so hopefully all will be well.
