The club has three organised runs each week We welcome new runners and suggest you come along on one of the evening runs to 'try us out' before you join. The most popular runs are those during the week, so we suggest you try one of these before coming on a Sunday if you can. We have a policy that single runners are never left behind to run on their own, but if you're fast enough, you might leave all of us behind!
